The eMASTERS App by Team Elite is a custom CRM application tailored to enhance the efficiency and success of sales agents. Here is an overview of its key modules:

• Registration and Login:
  • Users need to choose their Director Name and set up an email ID/password for registration.
  • Agents must verify their email ID for accurate contact information and to complete registration.
  • Email notifications are sent to the agent and their Director upon successful eMASTERS registration.
  • Users use their registered email ID and password to log in.
  • Password reset option available via “Forgot Password”.
• Dashboard:
  • Provides an immediate view of “unresolved-classified” contacts.
  • Offers insights on performance compared to daily/weekly targets towards a 90-day goal, with trend analysis.
• Contacts:
  • Users can import contacts from their phone or create new contacts within eMASTERS.
  • Facilitates associating categories, classification, and search & filter functionalities for building stronger connections.
  • Features tasks, appointments, & notes for timely follow-up on contacts.
  • User ability to export, assign categories, set up campaigns, or delete groups of contacts.
  • Option to call/message/email contacts through native phone, messaging, or mailing apps.
• Goals:
  • Allows users to set and track daily/weekly targets along with performance monitoring.
  • Combined with coach guidance, aids in identifying areas for improvement and achieving higher goals.
• Calendar:
  • Displays daily tasks/reminders/notes for prioritizing activities.
• Campaigns:
  • Gives access to preset email/task/text templates based on predetermined frequency.
  • User can assign these templates to one or more contacts.
